Sony Vegas Pro cannot be used~ MAGIX~help?

7 years ago I had succesfully purchased & downloaded SONY Vegas software online on my laptop, & used it successfully for a couple of years. Laptop crashed 5 years ago.Tried loading SONY Vegas 13 software on a new laptop using the serial # activation code.MAGIX site was a confusing loop of non-helpful/worthless pages. Gave up.

I have a newer laptop now that I thought I should try again. Can't find serial #, so @ MAGIX site: "To find your serial number, sign in to your MAGIX Service Center account and go to "My Products".

The "My Products" link does not exist. Absolutely worthless website that loops you back to other worthless pages.

Any thoughts/advice?

@Bruce-Haines Contact sales support at infoservice@magix.net and give them all your information and ask them for a new download.

It is a shame that your first post here is a rant that is both inaccurate and actually in the wrong forum.

Please read this pinned post to understand why this is not the correct forum for you. When you do post in the correct forum I would strongly recommend you moderate your language; to describe a website as non-helpful/worthless is not designed to endear you to others who post either here or there since we are all fellow-users, not Magix staff.
