Noise Reduction NR-2.0 can be downloaded if you have your NR-2.0 serial code. Log into to the Magix Download Center using the same email address you used when it was registered. It ishould also be in the Sound Forge install manager, depending on which SF version you have.
Otherwise, iZotope's RX Elements is relatively low cost and has the same tools but performs even better. iZ's RX Elements is also included with Magix Sound Forge Pro along with the legacy NR-2.0 Noise Reduction suite.
Addendum.. upon checking the Magix Service Center, NR-2 is listed but there is no download link, but you can go to the SCS (Sony) archives and download it there, You will still need your serial code to activate it though.
