@DENNIS-JOHNSON3188 There is no longer support for this software since Sony discontinued it. I would suggest you convert all files into a format your program can open without a separate license. XMedia Recode is a free converter GUI that supports a lot of formats.
If you cannot open an MP3 with CD Arc, convert it to a 44.1/16 PCM WAVE file in Sound Forge or other audio app. That will be the format for an audio CD anyway.
