Song with 55 tracks 4 minute long

Using Samplitude Pro X8 Suite version # 19.0.1.23115 (DP3). The 55 tracks sound good but I have several minutes after the song ends. When I do a Export, it makes a strange song file that is almost 30 minutes long. When I start playing the song, it repeats the first few bars. Very strange. Also, the wave file doesn't look like it should when I open the stereo file in Sound Forge.

My computer is an i9 12th generation Intel with 16GB DDR4 and SSD on the "C" and other drives. I use Apogee Rosetta 800 and RME Digiface USB.

@sfcprw Do you export the whole project file? Or only a selected range?
