Software transfer to new computer

I'm trying to transfer Sound Forge from my old Mac to another. Software has downloaded; when trying to activate on the Sony/register site, I enter Serial number and Machine number and then submit. I'm then sent to this address (removed by moderator) and get a blank screen. No activation code forwarded. any ideas?

@James-McRee

Welcome to the Magix user to user forums.

First, my apologies for removing the link in your post - it does indeed link to a blank page - but some of the data within the link is personal to you and your computer and so should never be posted to a public forum like this one.

Exactly which version of SF MAC do you have which you are trying to reinstall? And, are you aware that NO version of the software will run on any recent version of OSX, because the OS demands 64 bit applications and SF MAC is 32 bit? This pinned post details Magix official view.

I will assume that since you say you were able to download the software that you already have a Magix account. If so, you need to log in and then raise a support ticket with Magix Sales and ask them how you may reslve this problem, if it is possible to do so.
