Hello! I have the Magix Music Maker Premium 2021. In the middle of a project, the software crashed. I tried to re-launch, and it won't recognize that I have the Premium version (limiting me to the free version). I have tried to enter my activation code, and nothing happens.
@Adam-Barnett Please go into the program settings and click on the button to clean up the store.

I'm not sure how to do that. When I hit the cog icon, it only gives me the following options:
1) Show purchased items
2) Always show prices
3) Log into store (which I have)
4) Activate edition (which only goes back to my original problem)
5) Redeem credit
6) Soundpool format.
Please talk to me like I'm a small child and tell me what to do. :-)
Never mind! Found it! I was clicking the wrong cog icon! Now, it tried to say I have an invalid serial number, but it activated anyway. Eeesh!

That because you had already used it. You don't need to enter it again. Just make sure you are logged in and cleaning the store can be useful as well.
