Software is (Not Responding)

I have Acid Music Studio 6.0 installed on my Windows 10 desktop. When I start the program it comes up ok, but as soon as I go to do anything with it, it becomes non responsive. I have uninstalled it, downloaded it again and reinstalled and rebooted, but I get the same thing always.

@Doug-Atkinson Does it help to set the Windows compatibility mode for this application to something like Windows 7?
