Hello I am writing to get some help with software
audio cleaning lab
I recently bought online and it works properly in start of software up till where the graph of audio load the software freeze and I need to press ctrl + delete to the task manager and it says under tab of software not responding.
I am cleaning up audio removing noise and unwanted sounds , software been doing the same thing freezing over and over.
any help be appreciated

I'm sorry you are experiencing this problem with ACL but, without a lot more information from you we are highly likely to be unable to help you! After all, we don't know anything about your computer, operating system, version of ACL you have, format of the files you are trying to clean, etc., etc.
So first, please read this post and give us ALL the information requested there. This is vital for us to be able to suggest solutions for your problem.
However, you say you see the message the software is Not Responding. This is a message from Windows, seen when it "thinks" it has lost contact with the software. How long did you wait after that message appeared, because sometimes the affected program can be "working in the background" and will, eventually, respond again.

i just bought this desktop and i have not downloaded any software but only magix cleaning lab .

i allowed the file import for 45 min and graph never apperard i clicked the mastering tab to improve speech and it frozwe on me
then i ran the program troublshoot and it did the same thing softwaree froze on me. again in this version and still freezes up
the file I'm looking to clean up is in mp3 format its 19:36:46 in length but i don't need all of its length edited or cleaned just part of that audio .

Thank you for the additional information about your computer.
Unfortunately we still don't know for certain which version of ACL you have (you can check under Help>About) nor anything about the actual audio files you are trying to open in the program. If you're not sure about those audio files, please find, download and install the free MediaInfo utility, point it to one of your files and copy and paste to the forum what is shown in the Text view.
I understand from what you wrote in your original post that you believe the software is freezing at the point where the audio graph is loading. Is that correct? How long did you wait for the graph to fully load? How soon did the Not Responding message appear? Again, did you wait to see if it would eventually disappear?
I realise that English is not your native language. If it is easier for you and in order to help you, if you wish to post in your native language we can use Google Translate, or similar, to help us to understand what you have written.

From what i wrote the software freeze up as soon as i had let graph load which was 15 min at begging then before it loaded i had cut out what i don't want and pressed play button and it freeze. now i waited 45 min and same thing happens again to software.I have waited a good amount of time over the weekend and nothing changed i still get same problem

Did you try another file, like maybe a normal one to see if it works?
A 1 GB file is extremely large for a 19 min. audio file. What is the source of this file?
As Jeff mentioned, we need to know the version of ACL. In ACL, click on Help, About Magix Audio Cleaning Lab. Look in the window at the lower right of the screen. The latest version is 22.2.0.53.

The file is actually 19 hours long, see the MediaInfo data above! That length, allied to the fact that I strongly suspect ACL needs to convert it from the stated mp3 to wav, might well cause ACL to "freeze", or worse I think! The bit rate (from MediaInfo) of 128kbps suggests that once the file is converted to 16 bit, 44.1kHz wav it's going to be considerably in excess of 13GB in total!
Do you have any other audio software which would allow you to divide your file into smaller sections, say of about 100MB each? If so, I think ACL may well be able to handle such a file rather more easily! Also, I see you wrote earlier that you only need "part of that audio" cleaned. So is there any way you can "export/save" to a new file only the section you want to use in ACL? Once cleaned, this "file" could then be reinserted into the original and the whole re-exported as one file. Serious caveat: each time you resave the same mp3 file the audio quality is degraded. It is impossible to maintain audio quality between successive saves of the same mp3 file.

Wow! 19 hours. I should have looked closer. I think that this would blow up either the program or the computer (i3-3220).
Update ACL to the latest version by going to Help, Update... Then try again, but I wouldn't hold out much hope.
Yes, Sound Forge is a completely different program and the Pro version is much more powerful. You may want to spend a few dollars and get it in the Humble Bundle offering.
