Software failed and now file can't be opened. Urgghh, this software will be the death of me!

I already posed a question yesterday regarding Magix Music Maker 2013. I haven't had a response.

It's a complete nightmare to get anything done with. 

Today, I spent about 3 hours putting something together. I kept saving the file throughout because I've become distrustful of Magix. After all my hard work, I was getting somewhere, but the system crashed. It remained unresponsive for more than a minute, so I closed the software with Task manager.

Now, the file cannot even be ****ing opened. I'm so frustrated as every time I work hard on something, this **** software gets in the way. I've emailed Magix twice and have yet to hear anything from them regarding these issues.


Has anyone else had the same problem, and if so - what can I do?

 

I'll admit I'm not feeling hopeful about this right now. I'm going to resume punching the life out of my pillow. GRRRR!

See this reply. Try opening one of the backup files made automatically every 10 minutes, unless you turned off this feature.

I was so angry... It worked though! What a relief.

Any idea about the exporting issue, where a fuzzy noise is added at the 29 second mark?
(See my other thread). This has nothing to do with the edit and is only added upon exporting.
