ive purchased this software yesterday and all was fine but today all my instruments are locked and i cant use the software,i want a refund back to cubase for me

Assuming you mean your email address is shown in the start up page of Music Maker as seen top right below and the computer is connected to the Internet:-
Try resetting the store using Program settings, General tab, Clean up the store and login in again

i do not know why i would have to do this as it proves its a software issue ,i dont have to do this with my work stations so the software is **** ,the quality of music maker over all is a very poor software ,how come my cubase never lets me down? because its proper sturdy software with real sounding vst plugins not like this ****

Actually I don't think it proves anything of the sort, sorry! All that has been suggested to you are perfectly reasonable steps for you to take to attempt to rectify this problem on your computer. Have you tried all of them?
In addition, I run MM Premium, version 30.0.4.44, and do not see the problems you are seeing. (You can find my computer spec in my Signature). If this were a software issue I'm pretty sure a lot of people, including me, would be experiencing it!

I could not care what pc you are using good for you 🤣🤣restarting or resetting software means there is an issue with updating if I followed your steps yes it would work so the servers to which I'm connected to are slow 😂😂😂please do not try to educate me about software I know slot more than you will ever know ,so get off your high horse and sought this pathetic slow unreliable software out ,the software is rubbish ,got it
Also this software is for my 10 year old son to learn music ,as my equipment Nord piano 5 and an 808 drum machine and a 909 Yamaha dx7 korg sv1 ,Roland vocoder vp500 are to expensive for him to learn on ,do you understand where I'm coming from
