Sorry I don't have Easy, but in other Magix programs you select the clip and apply 'Effects' >> 'Video Effects' >> 'Speed'. There is a limit to about half (or double) speed if you want to keep the original linked audio. If you un-group audio from the video the speed can be as slow as you want.

You may also have a 'Stretch mode' available on the editing timeline.
