We need more information:
- Computer specification - processor make/model, audio chipset, RAM, hard drive size and free space
- Windows version and is it up to date?
- MMM Premium version number - see under Help, About . . .
- Microphone make/model and whether using USB or 3.5mm plug
- Is the mic going through an audio interface or plugged directly into the sound card?
- If USB Audio interface - make/model.
