I ordered a renewal for my Simplitec Power Suite order by using my credit card. After a while I got email that my card could not be charged. I tried a second time. Now I continuously get emails that my order will be cancelled because my card could not be charged. I have checked with my bank and there a 2 chargings from my card. One simplitec has promised to pay back. Yet they continuously send me email about cancelling my order. How can I get my money back if they really cancel? How can I renew my order in such case? This is an annoying situation. I have got at least 10 messages about this matter from Simplitec.
