Welcome to the Magix user to user forums, so not a contact for any Magix staff, sorry.
If you definitely bought and paid for Simplitec Power Suite you need to email infoservice@magix.net and ask them about the missing serial number. Any purchase from Magix is normally confirmed by an email, which includes the serial number and a link to download the software.

I have been emailing for about a week. Today they sent me a thing the called a SN made up of letters and the software wants numbers. What is going on? I'm growing tired and about to take my money back. This is why I need a number I can call to talk to someone about this. Canadian # or a 1-800 #
Sorry to hear you are still experiencing this problem!
Unfortunately there is no number that you can call anywhere in the world to help you resolve this.
I don't have Simplitec Power Suite so am unsure about this but, in my experience, ALL Magix Serial Numbers include both letters and numbers. What makes you think that your software requires only numbers? Sorry to ask this, but if you enter the supplied SN into the Simplitec Registration screen, what happens? Do you receive any error message? If so, please quote it, in full, here or supply a screenshot of it. Please do not quote the serial number in any reply you make to this forum.
