Shut down due to application error

PC used is DELL M4500 Win10 64bit Pro
Samplitude Prox6 suite

Situation 1
When I open "Open Audio File" and click "Up one folder", samplitu closes.

Situation 2
When I open "Open Audio File", it doesn't open completely, so I can't see the file type etc.
You can barely operate the slider. I can't see it even if I pull the lower right corner to expand it.

The other DELL 5520 Win10 64bit Pro has the same symptom, neither of them shut down at first, situation 2
It was occurring. The internet line is off. Is it also a limit on the number of times?
There was no problem with the Pro X3 suite.

I suspect there are very few users of Samplitude Pro who visit or post here.

However, are you aware there is a dedicated Samplitude Pro forum here? Can I suggest you register at and repost your question there since you are more likely to receive replies there from other users.
