ShopManager cache db error drivernotfound

I installed MusicMaker 2022 and when I first open it, it immeditaely gives me an error that says:

ShopManager cache db error drivernotfound

I tried to reinstall multiple times, it always gives me the same error.

I tried it on another computer and it works fine, but I am not able to use that computer for personal use.

The computer in question is a microsoft surface studio. running windows 10

@Jason-Luke Try the following. Go into the program settings and click on the button to clean up the store. This will delete the old cache of the store.
