shop acquired loops always deleted

Hi

 

Yesterday the program updated itself to 27.0.0.16

Since then, the loops I acquired at the shop do not appear on the LOOPS tab. every time I restart the program I have to go to the shop and download the loops again so they will appear on the LOOPS tab.

 

Did anybody had this?

Hi

The upgrade is a complete new install, you should be able to re-install any purchases you have made - look in the Store, you will also, if you have not done it already, have to re-install any additional content again - you should have been prompted to do this after upgrading.

If you have problems try to reset the store.

First, thank you for the quick reply.

I tried to reset the entire program. The downloaded files are where they are supposed to be and still.. every time I start the program I have to download the loops again. If not they do not appear in the list

Removed the software, cleaned registry, reinstalled, performed all updates still not working. I give up. I'll try other products
