SF no longer accepting my license

I have Sound Forge loaded on two laptop Windows 10 PCs (one Acer Aspire|V, one HP Envy). Within days of each other I've lost ability to save sound files to MP3 format, with a popup stating "You must now register the Sony MP3 Plug-In 2.0 to continue using it." I try to register the SW online yet process fails not accepting my licenses.

I've been using Sound Forge on Acer PC for a very long time (years), recently using the program on the newer HP PC where licenses have been valid and in use. Problem? It's referencing "Sony Media Software" for product and media updates, and "Madison Media Software" to complete registration. Error is returned not able to connect to server.

Need help to get my software registered, again, though the SW was registered on both PCs long ago.
Version of Sound Forge software is 8.0d (build 128)

Download SF-8 from the Magix Download Center. install and activate. You will need your log-in info and a valid serial number to download. Activation URLs and such were changed with the Magix acquisition.

You should think about upgrading to a Magix SF version (currently SF-14) FWIW, I still use Pro-10 occasionally.

btw, welcome to the Magix Sound Forge forum @Edward-Zyjewski
