SF Audio Studio 17 : Auto-Preview not working in browser window.

Hi,
I recently purchased SF Audio Studio 17 (WIN10) because I like the auto-preview feature to quickly select samples.
However this feature is NOT working. The icon gets highlighted but nothing happens.
I then installed the demo version of ACID music studio and there the auto-preview is working perfectly.
This I find strange...
Any suggestions to clear this out?

Welcome to the Magix Sound Forge users community @Jim-coun.
The only way I can duplicate the behavior is by disabling "Auto play" in the 'Open' dialog window. I tried PCM, MP3 and FLAC files on SFAS-17 bld 109) and all preview as they should. If it continues (after confirming 'Auto play' is enabled), try resetting SF in the 'File' menu.
I do not recall bugs or reports of this behavior from other users in other versions of SF versions either.

Thanks for your quick reply.
Resetting SF made no difference.
I forgot to mention that I installed SF AS17 also on my WIN11 laptop.
The same problem: auto preview not working in the explorer window.
Tried 3 different soundcards on my WIN10 desktop, did a complete reinstall of SF17. No avail.
Single preview however is working correct.
