Serial number in reinstallation

Reinstallation of MAGIX Movie Edit Pro 17 Plus Download Version is not accepting the serial number received in the purchase of the program and are asked to contact support Magix.

How to activate an installation of Movie Edit Pro 17 Plus on the computer that was formatted and installed Windows 7?
Tried to activate online but the serial number was rejected.
