Hi. I purchased ACID Music Studio 11 from Best Buy. I have not received the email that contains my serial number. I checked my inbox, spam mail, trash bin, and even other email addresses just to be sure. I have not received it. Can someone please help me locate my serial number.

Sorry, but as you have purchased from a third party such as Best Buy, you will need to contact them.

Hi. Thanks for your response, but I contacted Best Buy first. They said they only provide the web key which allows me to download and install the software, which I have already done. Best Buy customer service said that it is always the vendor who provides the serial number (which allows the purchaser to activate the software) so that the vendor (in this case Magix) can register the product. I have contacted Magix customer service and am waiting patiently for a reply. I'll try to remember to post an update here for anyone else experiencing the same issue.
Hi. I used the license key and successfully redeemed the product. Magix never sent the email. I put in a help ticket through the website. I didn't have any other contact info. I will use the e-mail address you give me as well. Thank you so much. I really appreciate your help.

Did you check your email spam folder - the email and serial number are automatically generated as soon as you complete the redemption of the web key.
