serial number already registered?

HI there,

Just purchased a copy of Edit and am trying to import clips but get an error code -24 "this serial number has already been registered to another email address. Please contact magix support"

Welcome to the Magix user to user forums.

You chose Movie Edit Now as the product you have bought but it is free so is clearly not what you have! You mention a copy of Edit. Is this Vegas Edit? If so, you are in the wrong forums!

If your product is not Vegas Edit or Vegas Pro, please tell us the FULL name, version number and edition of the Magix software you have.
