@BOBBY-SHIPMAN It depends. Usually you can install the software on two different computers at the same time. You need to use the same user account e-mail address on both installations. If no more installation is possible you can free up a slot in the Help menu inside Sound Forge (Deactivate the Software on this PC) or in your user account at https://www.magix.com/int/support/my-service-center/

If you have a 365 license you can install the software only on one PC at a time.

If a license is deactivated you don't need to uninstall the software. You can activate and deactivate the licenses through the help menu to switch devices. I don't know if there is a limit how often you can do this. If you do this in your user account at Magix.com I think there is a limit of two times per month.

If done within the Sound Forge application, there is no limit that I am aware of,.
OTOH, if changed through your Magix Service Center account, it is limited to once-a-month.
