serial number activation

I keep getting

ERROR
Invalid serial number.

with all these codes I was given. This was purchased for me back in march and I work with Ableton already and couldn't figure out how this all works and gave up on it. but since it's been paid for, I am still running into the same issue. I was forwarded 8 different codes and packages. I need help downloading and activating these packages.

Assuming that is the total error message, check that the correct serial number is being entered - the serial number is in the format:

P3-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx

Was there any other information in the error message eg an error code?

Hi, thank you. I have the same problem (during the registration of the product it says "invalid serial number") but I've bought this ACIDXpress many years ago. The serail number is in this format: xx-xxxxxx-xxxxxx-xxxxxx. Someone could help me? Thanks

AcidXpress was a free program last published fifteen years ago by Sony. The last version was for Windows XP.

Thank you. The thuth is that I've found this cd at home and I'd like to use it. Anyway I need the activation code to install it, but to receive the code the program sends me to the page of registration of Magix. The serial number suggested by the program is in that invalid format. (I'm sorry for my bad English)

As @Graham-Hawker has said this program is 15 years old and is trying to connnect to the Sony registration servers, which are redirecting to the Magix registration servers.

Assuming Magix did not take over the very old or free Acid products, there would be no means of registering the software as it, in effect, 'does not exist in the system'.

Serial number will not activate in Music Maker Premium..I just purchased Music Maker Premium upgrade from the Magix website. When I try to activate after installing I get an Error code 14...Serial number you entered is invalid or may apply to another product..... I copied it in correctly based on the Magix email. For the life of me I cannot figure out how to contact a human at Magix support... only endless faqs that don't help with this problem... HELP.
