Hi

Assuming you have just purchased Music maker then check your email spam folder, emails often end up there for some reason.

Otherwise we need more information ie the full name of the program and version number if you have it.

How long have you waited for an email response? It can take at least a couple of days.

There is no other method by which users can contact customer support, sorry.

I assume Magix bc that was the website I was on and thought I downloaded from. I purchase Music Maker premium just a couple weeks ago. I can only find the invoice no other emails. I have checked my spam.

That is the email which should have the serial number in it, usually lower down the page.

Oddly the email is blank 🤦🏻‍♀️ makes no sense and I am still not hearing back from customer service. My music deadline is coming up I didn't anticipate this having issues.
