Serial issue migration 2017 to 2021

Hi,

I have migrate from Music maker premium 2017 to 2021 but now my older instrument are now partly locked.

If i understand i have to put my old serial number in the store to unlock locked instrument.

But my 2017 is an steam edition and i have no provided Magix format serial number.

I need to unlock these instrument. can you help me?

Write an e-mail to infoservice@magix.net and ask them for help. Maybe they'll give you a coupon code to get the instruments from the store for free.
