windows7/64bit 3.06 i3 4Gram / sequoia13. Softube Weiss compressor limiter VST3 was working until I tried to save a preset. Compressor window closed and opened a Sequoia preference window which when closed, took me back to normal Sequoia VIP with the plug in showing in slot 2, but I cannot access its GUI (right click does not work for this plug in but does for others, and it was working before my attempted save). Sequoia seems to be fine. I uninstalled and re-installed the plugin, but no change.

Also, can someone tell me how to contact Sequoia customer tech support directly? I cannot find any link to do that on the magix site.
