Separate Tracks

How do I separate the audio track from the video track. The lips are out of sync and I need to manually adjust.

Hi, try it in this manner:

activate the clip in the timeline, click the bottom "broken chain" - audio is separately. Now you can move the audio-track.

if video-/audio-files aren't synchronously there are different reasons.

Several users asked their questions here. Search more - look at the right :=)

Perhaps will you find the reason of your problem, and the solution too.
