sent wrong product, sent no serial number, no support contact point

these bozos sent the wrong version and included no SN. they don't have a contact point. the don't reply to any query. must be a scam. i've owned ver 4, 6 11 and and was trying to get 16 but this is the 3rd ownership for this product. the others were at least accountable. the won't even send an RMA so i can return it,

And, did you not notice the SUPPORT link at the top of the forum?

I posted a video a while back showing that it took me less than 6 seconds to get to the email form for Magix support.

This is a user forum, we are users here, not Magix support?

And, for whatever it was that you somehow got, we don't know how or what, why didn't you just download it and install it? You can purchase online and you get the SN emailed to you immediately if you put in the correct email address and check your spam box.

Yes. I finally found the part where a ticket can be sent to somewhere that <might> help. I have been writing to them for days and gotten no where. I have no idea how a duplicate of the rant was created. apologies. I know its for users. I have been since 1998. but these shenanigans got me dumped here. hopefully i've got a message to the powers that be. I clicked on SUPPORT several times and all I got were FAQs that were not helpful. No SN was sent. Ever. I have contacted them about that. And it is still the wrong product. I have contacted them about that. When the door refuses to open, first look to see if it is locked then push harder, then look for another path. I really have no path forward. fingers crossed

After selecting your product, did you scroll down to the bottom of the page and see Contact Support, if not do so then follow thorough the dialogs.
