1. If I wanted to sell music made from magix music maker, I would have to purchase a pro license according to the loop I used correct?
2. Can we sell music made from pre-made loops? If not, can we distribute them free of charge online?

For commercial use you need an "Audio Pro Unlimited" license from Catooh for all loops used in your arrangement.
It's very expensive.

If the free distibution online results in any monetary gain, eg distributing free samples of a product which can be purchased, then section 7 above still applies.
To be safe buy the Pro licences.
