Hello, Welcome

As this is a public user to user forum and there are no Magix employees here, I have removed your serial numbers.

Hi,

If both serial numbers are under Music Maker Premium Edition (2022), then you purchased it and activated it twice. No scam - you did it.

Of course, doing this would give you more credits for Soundpools and Instruments the second time round, nothing more. It's probably cheaper than purchasing more Soundpools and Instruments individually.

Remember, Music Maker is free; Editions are not. You have to have the program installed first before you can activate an Edition, and you have to have the version of the program that at least corresponds to the year of Music Maker or more recent (trying to activate 2022 Premium Edition in MM2021 v. 29.x.x.x is useless). You install the program, log in, activate only once the SN for the purchased Edition, download and install everything.

Sometimes when starting Music Maker, it can take 10-20 seconds before it makes the log in connection. Then, the start screen will show your latest Edition, and the program version number (30.x.x.x means MM 2022).
