saying my magix essential fx suite is expired

I recently purchased acid pro 10 as a download and when i click on some compressors it comes up asking for a serial number saying my trial has expired ?? i dont get it please help want to be able to use all effects and vsts, thanks for your time

It's also strange to me that the following VSTis suddenly require activate code:

Saxophonia
Pop Brass
Orchestral Ensemble
Concert Guitar

I'm sure I used them before.

I reported this to the sales team. They say, someone is in vacation and will give me an answer.
