The layouts are in the Appdata/Roaming folder by default. The toolbars and such have to be copied from the registry..However, I do not know if the pertinent registry data will work when transferred from SCS to Magix versions.
It is safer to just take a screenshot of the SF11 workspace and manually reconstruct a toolbar from that. Unfortunately there is no one-step solution I am aware of. Aside from the below, there are others I cannot recall off-hand.
If you are not experienced, stay out of the registry all together
