well it doesnt.

ive saved a number of projects only for me to have to re do the whole hing becuase none of the settings were saved.

how ever, when (as previously stated in my problem issue) when a file cuases the software to lock out the cpu at 100%

ive noticed it seems far easier to load a project file and work that way, which is odd.

I am not sure I follow...

I am able to save my projects in Audio Cleaning Lab 17 Deluxe...  Are you saving to a local drive or is any of the media associated to the project not on the local drive?

As far as I know, the project just contains a directory to where the original content was located, as-well-as any changes, edits, effects and so on that you may have added. It does not re-write the audio everytime you save.

This means if you move or do not have the original material in the same location as the project was original created, the program will not be able to open the project because it cannot locate the content.

I hope that makes sense.
