i had an account on my android with a lot of projects to edit and when i opened it on an ios or iphone all my projects were gone, is there a way i can get them back

On my Android mobile the projects are saved on the device, not in the cloud.
You can try copying them from the Android device to the iPhone or Apple device, the exact location of where these project files are stored depends on the Android device, however they should not be difficult to find.
