samplitude prox 5 suite latest version essential fx and vita won't work.

if i select an essential fx like tremolo; it states "failed to create vst effect'

same for vita.

was working fine; now won't work.

I downloaded samplitude setup program and ran it; it gives an error when I run the program; it downloads samplitude 100% then says its corrupted and to download again.
