Samplitude Pro X3 Suite doesn't recognize my MIDI controller

Hi,

Samplitude Pro X3 Suite doesn't recognize my MIDI controllers on startup (the devices work fine and show in MidiOX, etc). This is a modern clean Windows 10 Pro system with plenty of RAM and a 7th gen Core i& processor (i.e. the system is fine).

I have to unplug, replug, check and uncheck settings back and forth until the input is finally registering. I can't even figure out what finally makes it work since it seems to be random.

This is extremely frustrating and wastes my time every time I start the software. How can I fix this?

Thanks!

Sure, will do. Thanks. Maybe update your forums since this here sure looks like a Samplitude forum as per the breadcrumbs above :)
