I bought Samplitude 2021 (yesterday 3/1/21) through Dell's website thinking I'd get the download. Instead I get a PDF which I had no idea what to do with. After clicking on it for a day, on and off, it finally sent me to the Magix where after figuring out how to download the software. I downloaded it, installed it, watch the beginner tutorial, and opened the studio and nothing works. Can't hear any sounds, the play doesn't engage. I'm stuck??? There is no tech number in English, so I sent an email.

Using Windows 10, 16 GB memory, i7 processor and 512 GB SSD
