Samplitude 11 producer download version content pack's problem

Ok so I purchase Samplitude 11 E-version ,install and all works great. I then go on to download and install the 3 content packs. after the download I tey to install but get the message
"To execute this installation, you must first install samplitude 11 producer download version" which I have done and is registerd and working. am I missing somthing? I know you have to install them in order and have tried that. any help would be great thanks.

You should contact Magix Support for help with this. Go to http://support.magix.net, login (using your account info that you purchased the program under), and click the E-mail Support link. They are usually pretty good about responding within an hour or two.
