Yes. If you capture the song into a usable file or already have a usable file that can be imported into MMM, then simply import it and cut out the parts that you don't want. But, I think that you are a long ways from there unless you are familiar with audio programs and editing.

To start, you should watch this video on Getting started in MMM, then some of the other video tutorials, read the Quick start part of the manual - as indicated in the tutorial.
