Rotation/Mirror control and keyframes

Is it possible to use keyframes to create video rotations like you can when moving a video with keyframes?

By the way, I'm using Movie Edit Pro 15 Plus.

Do you want to simulate a camera circling around the actor/object? That is not possible no software is able to do this. :-)
