Here is my top secret wish for all those whom are trying to connect some device to any Magix product.....now all of yo pay real close attention because all of your issues will be resolved as to if it works with Magix or not....

You can download a FREE 30 day trial package.  Do that.  Hook up your stuff.  Does it work ? No,well then start using the help files and visit the tutorials.  I am fairlly certain that 95% of the time it is user error.   How do I know, well I still have program in the box sitting next to my Commodore 64 and it still doesn't work....has never loaded one time and I spent good money on it.   Stupid Magix.

"Tried everything. Drivers everything"

Unfortunately, those two statements tell us absolutely nothing.  We need to know in complete and exact detail what you've done, in what order, and what, if anything, happened.

Otherwise, we can't help you.

Hi,

MX is not the latest version. Latest is 2014, and Premium is the best as it has everything.

I presume that you want to use midi.

Here is the setup for MMM:

1. Connect keyboard USB to computer on USB port
  a. Set up keyboard to Midi with local off - see keyboard instruction manual
2. Start MMM - make sure that the keyboard is connected and on before starting MMM
3. Press letter P or File, Settings, Program settings
4. MMM drivers under the tab Audio/MIDI:
  a. Audio Playback:
   i. Select ASIO driver - ASIO4 ALL, if you don't have it, get it, unless you have an ASIO driver for your keyboard
  b. MIDI
   i. Output device: Microsoft GS Wavetable Synth
ii. Input device: CASIO USB-MIDI or your keyboard
   iii. Ok
5. For keyboard on track 1 - remember MMM can only record to one track at a time:
  a. Click on the + at the left of track 1
  b. Set up track 1 as Vita Piano Pro or something else
  c. Play something or click on REC button (red button on the transport control)
  d. Play something on keyboard
  e. You should hear it on the speakers or the headphones. If not, check the Windows control panel to make sure that the  playback device is working
  f. Stop the recording
  g. Check track 1 to see if anything has been recorded. Should be there.
  h. If nothing can be heard, drag a sound pool onto the arranger. If no sound is heard when played, then check all of the settings until something plays.
6. Note that connecting a USB mic is similar, but that monitoring must be done through headphones connected to the USB mic or the USB interface. See info about connecting USB microphones.

If you do not want to use MIDI but want to record the audio out from the keyboard, see the tutorial.
