Did you change anything significant on your computer?
If you start a new project and try to load Revolta 2, does it work?
Try running MMM2014 as Administrator to see if that helps.
Hello,
1) I've tried running as Admin, makes no difference.
2) I've recently installed Norton, which places the the Revolta 2 files into "quarintine." I contacted Norton support who remotely controlled my laptop who confirmed that the Revolta 2 file is not on my laptop anymore and it was an online update.
3) However, EVERYTIME I contact Magix, they are useless! They don't know what I'm talking about and continue to ignore my request for a new file....
Try under Help, Update program/Upgrade functions, Download free synthesizer and sound packages, and when the menu of files appears, select Synthesizer and effects, then continue. Revolta should be reinstalled on your computer.
If you want to download MMM2014 again, then log in to Magix.com support, my account and go and find the programs that you have registered. You can download it again. Magix has placed all of this at your disposition.
If Norton blocked Revolta, this is a Norton problem, not Magix.

Good evening,
I totally appreciate your comment regarding, "Magix doesn't have to do anything...." However:
1) I have, "Tried under Help, Update program/Upgrade functions, Download free synthesizer and sound packages, and when the menu of files appears, select Synthesizer and effects, then continue. Revolta should be reinstalled on your computer." Revolta is not available for selection.
2) Even though it was quarantined and removed by Norton, only Magix has the file. Therefore, I would appreciate it if Magix simply sent me a link or explained how it could be reinstalled...
