Restoring muffled audio

Is there a way to unmuffle audio with Soundforge 12? I think I recall being able to do it a while ago, but can't remember exactly which plugin I used and which function. There is an audio file that was recorded with a lo cut filter that shouldn't have been used at the time, and I'm curious as to whether or not it is possible to fix it with this program.

Cheers

Aside from general EQ, there are HF exciters available (free and otherwise), including a version from Waves modeled from of the original "Aphex Aural Exciter" that many of us 'old school' recording engineers used in the 70s.The iZotope mastering suite II, that was included with Pro10 as I recall, had a pretty decent multiband exciter. I always liked rgc's High Frequency Stimulator as well, but that is 'no longer available' (but if you really want it, you can PM me for the DirectX installation file). There is also the X-cita by Elogoxa, which is modeled after the BBE (Barcus Berry) Sonic Maximizer, another hardware classic.
