I have been a customer of Xara products for decades. In this time, several of my details have changed. Today, I went to MY ACCOUNT to update my mailing and email address, and found the update page just fine. I changed my data and saw the admonishment to be sure to click the Save Changes button.
THERE WAS NO SAVE CHANGES BUTTON!
What's going on? How can I save my changes if they don't provide a button to do so? I'm puzzled. Also, I see NO WAY to contact Magix to ask about this. Maybe here in the forum?
===== UPDATE! ===== After writing this post, I went back to my Magix account online and tried again. I got to my account information page and clicked to update it, and TA-DA! This time the SAVE CHANGES button was there! So I was able to make my changes just fine.
I'm leaving this post here in case someone else encounters the MISSING SAVE CHANGES BUTTON issue. Just go to a different page, then come back to your profile and try again. The button may then appear. Good luck.
