I have a picture of a plasma screen tv How do I resize the movie so it fits the plasma screen Making it look like the movie is a tv programme Thanks

With you video on the timeline, highlight the video and right click, go to object properties, which should be at the bottom, click and select 16:9. This is how I make my video from 4:3 to 16:9
