Reshaping a human body on a video without using Ghroma Key

Do you know if it's possible to reshape a human body which is part of a video without using the chroma key technique? For example to transform a fat person into a thinner one without affecting the proportions of the background. Thank you.

With or without the chroma key facility it sounds over-ambitious for MEP alone, IMO. I've not used them but there are various morphing or warping tools dedicated to this sort of thing.

i could imagine using MEP's distortion effects on a static foreground, but that would inevitably need isolation from the background and so I don't see how use of transparency could be avoided. I'm curious why you would you want to do so?
