Repeating crashes when previewing loops in soundpools v29.0.0.13

I've installed latest version (29.0.0.13 64 bits) and downloaded some freebie soundpools to play with them.

But it always crashes/freezes after previewing/playing some loops.

I checked Crash.LOG file there are only repeating "ASIO Boost Driver - cannot open SCM" messages.

I've tried uninstalling and re-installing, it didn't solve the problem.

OS: Windows 10 Pro 1903 - 64 bits

Audio Driver: Conexant SmartAudio HD (driver version: 8.66.77.57)
