Rendering or saving

I have studio 10, yes I am thinking of upgrading. What my question is , Why can't I save a file 48,000 24 bit mono. It lets me save 96,000 24 bit mono. Of all the choices to save I find it strange that that one is left out. Is it available in 13 upgrade. I ask because I need to throw voice over stuff up to soundcloud and I think, don't quote me on this but they change everything to 48, 24.?

Have you tried selecting the Save as - 'Wave Microsoft'?

- Choose the Default template
- Select Custom
- Format, choose PCM (uncompressed)
- Change the context menu parameters to 48kHz / 24 bit / mono
