No, it's not hidden. Click on Support at the top of the forum and follow it through to the end where you complete the form for the ticket. Always select Ask Support and always do what is asked.

If you can't get there, show us where you get stuck.

Are you aware that there is a forum just for Xara at TalkGraphics? You should join.

Are you using Xara Designer Pro X or Xara Photo & Graphics Designer?
